Wanna Know A Secret? (The Wisdom And Pineal Series) is the first book in my series written especially for brown children who have been told, in a thousand quiet ways, that they are less than. I wrote it to sit in living rooms, classrooms, and church basements where little ones are asking, often silently, "Who am I really?"

Through simple language, vivid images, and affirming truths, I introduce children to pieces of their history and identity that are rarely highlighted in traditional lessons. The goal is not to stir pride against others, but to root each child more deeply in God-given worth and purpose.

As you read with the young people in your life, you will have natural openings to talk about heritage, beauty, and calling. This first book gives a broad overview of identity, and later books in the series move into more specific stories and facts. My prayer is that every child who hears this "secret" walks away standing a little taller, knowing they are deeply valued.
